We have a forest!
As of April 2022, Stronghold Global are thrilled to announce our partnership with Treedom and our commitment to plant 630 trees over the next three years. Treedom is growing trees and forests all around the world, being the first platform that allows you to plant a tree from a distance and follow online the story of their project.
Stronghold Global is committed to protecting workforces worldwide, but to do this, we believe that we must also be actively protecting our planet. Therefore, together with Treedom, we are planting a ‘Stronghold Global Forest’ in Ghana, Haiti and Tanzania; as a reminder of our commitment to protecting the planet, people and communities near and far.
Why Treedom?
Treedom is not in the business of just planting trees but growing them. This means selecting the right tree, in the right place, for the right purpose.
We are always seeking new ways to make a positive difference to both individuals and the greater communities. This partnership with Treedom brings both environmental and social benefits to different communities, including global CO2 absorption, biodiversity conservation, direction financing of local farmers, training, income opportunities and empowerment. With this in mind, we can create long-lasting bonds between people, communities and the environment.
In addition to the support and economic benefits made available through working with Treedom, we are also able to contribute to the sustainable development goals (SDG) to help end poverty and protect the planet, creating a greener and fairer future. We hope every tree stands as a reminder of this commitment and the importance of protecting people and the planet.
